Honey Glazed Apple & Pear Tart.....

 With the warm weather now hopefully right around the corner, we have been anxiously awaiting to get back into the fields. With our fingers crossed we will be maneuvering over some dirt real soon. Until then, I will continue to post some of my latest cooking creations. The honey glazed tart, was Divine! A light, flaky crust paired with the sweetness of fruit was a wonderful spring time treat. Requiring only 7 ingredients and can be baked in under 20 minutes, you really can not go wrong with this crowd pleaser. Not to mention, the gorgeous presentation, that looks like you spent hours on preparing. Now if you are not a pear lover, just use the apple slices, I made a row of just apple as per BDW's (Big Daddy Wayne) liking.
