After our "all-inclusive" (aka all you can eat, 24 hours a day) cruise, HH and I have unanimously decided that we need to shed afew pounds. So to begin our dieting journey, we are starting with portion control. Instead of the hearty French Dip sandwich that we are accustom to, we opted for a mini version (which just so happen to be a decedent delight that you could serve at your upcoming Super Bowl Party). And with only 4 ingredients, you can throw these beauties together in no time flat. The comforting flavors are still present, but just in a petite portion. Love this recipe.
