This savory meat filled pie was a delightful spin on your classic "Meat & Potatoes" recipe. Using the puff pastry dough (found in your freezer section) as a shell, I was able to fill it with just about every level on the food pyramid. A very well rounded (no pun intended), entree that can even be made up to a day ahead of time. I found this dish to be an ultimate comfort food, with a hint of fabulosity. Who wouldn't want to eat something that resembles desert first at the dinner table?
