Spinach Pulll Aparts Anyone?

I am proud to admit that I have a yearning sensation for a particular leafy green. Now I haven't always been this way, but over the years, my taste buds have matured into a real liking towards spinach. So much so, that I have planting it in my garden each year and then freezing it for later use. So this recipe was a perfect way to use up some of home grown produce. I found the concept to be nothing shy of sheer brilliance. Crescent rolls wrapped around spinach and blended with 4 different kinds of cheeses (my northern folk would be so proud), then dipped into butter (may not be acceptable for all diets) then the balls are nestled in the bottom of a bundt pan cooked and eventually a bowl filled with marinara sauce is placed atop the pyramid. I prepped this appetizer a day ahead of time and then placed it in the oven about 45 minutes before game time. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Girl this is fabulous. With our Sunday Lifegroup we have to bring a dish each week (which I love) but I always want to bring something a little different that everyone will like. I think this just fits the bill.
I hear you might be getting snow today, will it ever end. lol We are just getting a ton of rain.
Blessings!
