I just love me quesadillas! Whenever, the family frequents a Mexican restaurant, 9 chances out of 10 I will order a quesadilla. I adore the combination of cheesy goodness packed inside of two crispy floured tortillas. The ingredients of choice with this combo, was poultry paired with the sweetness of a luscious fruit. Pineapple is a favorite of both Baby D and myself, so I thought this magical concoction would be just the thing to set our taste buds into full flight. We enjoyed the fact that the two main ingredients were infact grilled, it brought this dish to a whole nother level.
