Tuna Steaks With A Tomato & Basil Raw Sauce

Last weekend HH headed north to begin his yearly preparation for the upcoming snowmobile season. So I took it upon myself to choose a dinner of my choice. After reminiscing through my "Experimental" recipe binder, I decided on a thick, juicy tuna steak. Tuna, well seafood in general, have always been one of my all time favorites to dine on. This was a quick recipe, basically marinating the steak in Italian dressing (its not just for chicken anymore), then making a fabulous raw spread (that can be made ahead of time) and finally grilling, broiling or even searing the steak, your choice.
