I love the concept of this appetizer, or perhaps even a kiddo friendly entree. A spin on the traditional taco dip, with a taco salad twist; Are you still with me? A marvelous presentation, that even your tiny tots could help you with preparing, let them wrap the crescent rolls around each meatball and place it around your circle pizza pan. Huge sense of accomplishment on their behalf. Although dually noted: It hard not to devour just one taco meatball while putting this dish together, they are oh so yummy all by themselves. A very satisfying dish all the way around.
