HH is obsessed with all things Buffalo Chicken! His taste buds have a tendency to be geared towards the spicier things in life. However, beginning the full blooded Norwegian that I am, I can instantly burst into a sweat even thinking about Franks Red Hot. But I still try to accommodate his desire for heat. This recipe was very much equivalent to Buffalo Chicken Casserole that I make. But the kick is relatively calmed down, by the very impressive blue cheese slaw. The slaw itself, would be an excellent alternative to make by itself as a side dish instead of the traditional. It gives that bonus flavor of a robust cheese, that would have your guests questioning, what is that flavor? With the heat from the chicken and the creamy richness of slaw, the whole sandwich package really compliments one another.
