For a special treat last week, Baby D and I made the FB's some PB Whoopie Pies. Now for those of you who are unfamiliar in all things Whoopie *wait for it* Pie, let begin by stating how easy they are to make. All you need is to bake a batch of your favorite chocolate cookie recipe, or you can do it the semi-homemade way by purchasing a package of these Double Chocolate Chunk cookie mixes (they are readily available at your local grocery store). Bake the cookie as per package directions and then let cool. While your waiting, grab your favorite little helper and have him mix up some peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. Once the cookies have cooled, slather your peanut butter mixture in between two of the cookies. The curial part of this whole recipe is next: Let your little helper take giant bite! Oh so good!
