When there is a uniting of two exceptional dishes it gives my heart great pleasure. An All-American Hamburger meets a staple in the Asian cuisine, the Egg Roll. Together you get a hearty finger food, that can be enjoyed by peeps of all ages, especially the kiddo's. Baby D just adored dipping his into some Ketcup and taking a big ol' bite. The best part about these Egg Rolls were that they were baked, not fried. This is not only a healthier alternative, but infact your clean up is next to nothing (no oil splatter). The crunch of the exterior made your first nibble that much more delightful after sinking your teeth into the cheeseburger mixture. Yummy!
