At first glace, I perceived this decadent appetizer to be served graciously for a fabulous spring time Hors d'oeuvre. Yet my hypothesis was short lived once I looked further into the origin of this recipe, hence: "Spooky Avocado Witches Fingers". I get that. But to me this recipe screams "Warm Weather"! I adore all things Avocado, especially when it is paired with the salty Prosciutto and a pungent goat cheese. And if your really feeling frisky, may I recommend a robust glass of Norton to go along with your fantastic appetizer. Yummy.
